Do you know the names of Santa Claus' reindeer? The most recognized reindeer are Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner/Donder, Blitzen, and Rudolph. Santa's reindeer welcome you to Santa.net, Santa Claus' Home on the Internet. Santa Claus' Reindeer are hard to video, and photograph because they never stay in their Paddock! Being Santa's Reindeer can fly, fences don't keep them in. It's not unusual to see Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner/Donder, Blitzen, and Rudolph all flying in different directions around Santa's house. When Santa's Reindeer get hungry, they land on his roof and make a lot of noise up there. Santa or Mrs. Claus come out and bring them some tasty Reindeer treats. They don't eat people food, or chocolate chip cookies with milk like santa. Santa's Reindeer mostly eat moss called lichen. that's found on the ground after winter. They really need to eat healthy food because flying around the world takes a LOT of energy! |
